SERVICES PROVIDED
Parkbury & Dunn offers boutique book publishing services including professional editing (proofreading, copy editing, developmental editing), custom cover design, ISBN acquisition and registration, Amazon KDP account setup and formatting, book distribution coordination, and optional marketing services. All services are performed remotely and available to authors globally.
CLIENT OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
You retain 100% ownership and copyright of your manuscript, book, and all related materials. We never claim rights to your work. All royalties generated from your book belong entirely to you. Upon completion of services, you receive all final files with full commercial usage rights.
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required at checkout before work begins. We accept credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Prices are quoted in USD. Essential Launch package starts at $750, Professional Edition at $2,000, Premium Publishing at $4,000. Custom quotes available for unique project requirements. All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Once payment is received, we immediately assign your project to our team and begin work.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Refunds are only available within 24 hours of payment, before work begins. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued as we immediately assign your project to our team and begin production. If you are unsatisfied with editing or design work, we offer revisions until you approve the final product, but payment is non-refundable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee book sales, bestseller status, or specific rankings. Success depends on many factors including market demand, competition, marketing efforts, and book quality. We provide professional services but cannot control market reception. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
TIMELINE AND DELIVERY
Estimated timelines are provided during consultation. Actual delivery may vary based on project complexity and revision requests. We commit to transparent communication throughout the process. Delays caused by client unavailability or incomplete materials may extend delivery timeframes.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
